• Playback folder, equalizer settings, and similar data are stored locally on the device using DataStore.
• This data is not transmitted outside the device.

3. Communication

• The application itself does not perform internet communication.
• When opening the license or privacy policy from the menu, external web browsers may be launched to display web content.

4. Permissions

To display playback controls, the application requests the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission on Android 13 and above. This permission is used solely to show notifications for ongoing playback.

Audio files are accessed through system file pickers, so no storage-related permissions are required. No personal data is collected or transmitted.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

No collected or stored data is shared with third parties.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local settings and history can be deleted by resetting the app settings or uninstalling the app.

7. Children’s Privacy

This application is not directed at children under 13 years of age. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
